Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the KALLO mobile application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SpaceKraft Media Limited (“KALLO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use KALLO. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that you have your parent’s or guardian’s permission to use the App.

3. Your Account

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

4. Licence

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the App for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the App
• Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the App
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the App

5. Content and Availability

The App provides access to movies, series, and other audiovisual content (“Content”). All Content is made available through KALLO’s content licensing and distribution arrangements. Content availability may vary by region and is subject to change without notice.

You are permitted to stream Content for personal, non-commercial use through the App. Any download, reproduction, redistribution, or public performance of Content is strictly prohibited.

6. Advertising

KALLO is a free, ad-supported service. The App displays advertisements, including banner ads, provided by third-party advertising networks. By using the App, you consent to the display of advertising. We do not control the content of third-party ads and are not responsible for any products, services, or content advertised therein.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or any connected systems or networks
• Use automated means (scrapers, bots, etc.) to access the App
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security features of the App
• Use the App to transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the App or servers connected to it
• Share, sell, or transfer your account to another person without our consent

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, graphics, logos, software, and all content provided through it (other than the audiovisual Content licensed from third parties), is owned by or licensed to SpaceKraft Media Limited and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or branding without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that the Content will be available at all times or in all locations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SpaceKraft Media Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it and deleting your account. We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
